I have seen kids wearing these at fairs and festivals all over the place. I saw a fair vendor selling them for $10 per pair. I searched for a wholesale supplier and found them for $3 per pair, this seems like a good deal to me.

The sunglasses look like they have a clean plastic frame and assorted flashing lights on them.
