OLd Vintage Bakelite Fishing Reel

Several weeks ago I was looking at old vintage fishing reels on eBay and I ran across this old Vintage Bakelite and German Silver fishing reel. The owner that was selling it didn’t know the name of it as there is no name on the reel. I have taken some pictures of it and am hoping some one can identify it for me. thankyou for you help DEL
